This industrial roof replacement to a yacht builder in Cornwall involved safely removing asbestos and installing composite panel roof and wall cladding.

Cornwall based luxury boat builder, specialising in the superyacht market, appointed our company to replace the existing asbestos cement roof and wall cladding as part of a major redevelopment of the site enabling them to increase production required for their expanding order book.

The existing asbestos cement roof and cladding was carefully removed by our asbestos trained workforce following all necessary Health and Safety regulations and guidance. We installed insulated composite panel roof and wall cladding including insulated rooflights to comply with Part L2B Building Regulations.

The transformed buildings now function as a site suitable for the high-tech manufacturing processes required by the luxury boat building company. The client was so pleased with our workmanship and the transformation, that we were soon invited back for phase 2 roof and cladding works.

We are proud members of The National Federation of Roofing Contractors, a CHAS accredited contractor and are safe contractor approved.
