Single Ply Membrane Overlay System & Glazing Removal to Business Units, Devon

Single ply membrane overlay systems are a highly durable and cost effective solution for industrial businesses.

A large section of this business unit complex required complete refurbishment ready for a new tenant. The existing felt roof had been patched and repaired for many years in attempt to solve leaks and the roof glazing was in poor and dangerous condition.

When we were approached by the management company we recommended a long term solution for the roof area that would eliminate their requirement for ongoing maintenance and repairs.

Our solution was to overlay the flat roof area with bonded insulation recovery boards and a hot air welded PVC single Ply membrane system. The redundant glazing was carefully removed and replaced with insulated composite panels. The end result is a 20 year insurance backed guaranteed energy efficient roof for the new business tenant.
