Oversheeting & OvercladdingOur client’s business purchased a new commercial business unit in Cornwall to expand their successful precision engineering business.
The existing steel industrial roofing was in poor condition with numerous leaks. The existing Celotex insulation was insufficient and additional roof insulation was required.
Our oversheeting system incorporated 180mm thick quilt insulation to upgrade the roof to comply with Part L2B regulations for thermal performance, benefitting our client with reduced energy costs.
Our client required to refresh and modernise the dated brickwork walls and our recommendation was the installation of an industrial cladding system. This was designed and installed complete with neat Plastisol coated steel soffit cladding, flashing details and trimline eaves guttering.
