Oversheeting the roof reduced energy costs for our client in Devon

Oversheeting the roof of this retail outlet in Devon provided a long lasting roofing solution. Saving them from costly reactive maintenance and allowing them to bring your building insulation up to current building regulations.

The asbestos-cement roof to this retail outlet had seen years of patch repairs in attempt to prevent leaks. This type of reactive approach to maintaining an asbestos-cement roof is costly, short term and very often unsuccessful.

Our approach is to install systems that provide long-term solutions and taking this approach to our client we recommended oversheeting the complete roof so that they can forget about their roof problems and concentrate on their own business operations.

Our oversheeting system incorporated 260mm thick quilt insulation to upgrade the roof to comply with Part L2B regulations for thermal performance, benefitting our client with reduced energy costs.
