Thermally efficient low maintenance roof

Design & installation of our industrial oversheeting on a warehouse in Devon. A complete thermally efficient, low maintenance roof with roof sheeting guaranteed.

This 3,500 sq.m warehouse roof required an economical and practical solution to resolve the client’s problems with leaks, deterioration of old redundant rooflights and corroded roof sheets.

We recommended to our client the design and installation of our oversheeting system and we were soon successfully appointed for the contract based on the merits of our experience, professionalism and approach to health and safety.

We installed the system with careful pre-planned and professional management processes ensuring that there was no disruption to our clients very busy 24 hour distribution requirements. Rooflights were not required in the new roof due to the client’s energy efficient LED internal lighting and additional insulation was incorporated to comply with current Part L2B Building Regulations. The end result was a complete thermally efficient, low maintenance roof with roof sheeting guaranteed for 25 years.
