Industrial Roof Oversheeting and Unifold gutter liner system to NHS Medical Records Building Devon

Industrial roof oversheeting provided a fantastic solution to stop leaks for our client in Devon.

The importance of this building remaining dry cannot be over emphasised due to its use for storage of important NHS medical records. We were approached by project surveyors for our recommendations to provide a new roof covering without the risk of water ingress throughout the construction phase.

Our solution was the design and installation of an oversheeting system incorporating additional insulation to comply with current Building Regulations.

We also installed the Unifold gutter liner system to the valley gutters ensuring leak and worry free guttering for the life of the building.

We are proud members of The National Federation of Roofing Contractors, a CHAS accredited contractor and are safe contractor approved.
