Oversheeting system with 260mm thick insulation installed in Devon

We were asked to provide industrial oversheeting and glazing to a tool and fixings retailer in Devon.

The old asbestos-cement roof to our clients retail outlet required a long-term solution for their leaking roof that could be installed whilst their doors remained open for trade without disruption. The patent glazing to the side of the building was also in poor condition and required replacement with a modern glazing system.

Our roof oversheeting system was designed to include 260mm thick insulation to comply with Building Regulations. The wall glazing was replaced with aluminium glazing bars and multi-wall polycarbonate panels. Our design was completed with bespoke perimeter flashing and gutter details resulting in a great looking building for this consumer facing business.
